30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible cases related to product performance or technical issues.

This applies when:

• A verified manufacturing defect is identified
• The system does not perform according to specifications
• A technical issue occurs that cannot be resolved after inspection

In such cases, we will fully assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Our Commitment

Every system is professionally installed, tested, and confirmed to be fully operational before completion of service.

Once installation is completed and the system is functioning properly, the service is considered successfully delivered.

Cancellations Before Installation

If you decide to cancel before installation:

• You may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the order stage
• Any applicable service or processing fees may be deducted

After Installation

After installation and system verification:

• The service is considered fully completed
• Refunds are only provided in cases of confirmed defects or performance issues covered under this policy

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
